By submitting payment, signing electronically, approving an invoice, authorizing a reservation, or otherwise engaging the services of Elevated Travel Studio LLC ("ETS"), the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

Agency Relationship
Elevated Travel Studio LLC acts solely as an independent intermediary between travelers and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, and travel protection companies.

ETS does not own, operate, manage, or control any travel supplier and shall not be responsible for supplier actions, omissions, schedule changes, cancellations, bankruptcies, labor disputes, weather events, governmental actions, mechanical failures, acts of God, or any circumstances beyond its control.

All reservations are additionally subject to the terms, conditions, rules, and cancellation policies of the applicable supplier(s).

Pricing & Availability
Travel pricing, promotions, inventory, accommodations, airfare, and availability are subject to change until payment has been received and confirmed by the supplier.

Quotes are not guaranteed until payment is processed. Elevated Travel Studio LLC shall not be responsible for supplier price increases, inventory reductions, sold-out accommodations, schedule changes, airfare fluctuations, or promotional expirations occurring prior to payment processing.

Payment Authorization
By submitting payment information, completing a credit card authorization form, approving an invoice, or otherwise authorizing payment, the traveler certifies that they are an authorized user of the payment method provided and authorizes Elevated Travel Studio LLC and/or the applicable supplier(s) to charge the payment method for approved travel-related expenses.
Submission of payment authorization constitutes the traveler's electronic signature and shall be deemed legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Charges may appear directly from a travel supplier, or an authorized payment processor.

Final Payment Responsibility
Final payment deadlines are established by the travel supplier and are clearly communicated through invoices, confirmations, reservation documents, and written correspondence.

The traveler is solely responsible for ensuring that all payments are submitted and received by the applicable due date. Failure to make payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of travel arrangements, forfeiture of deposits, supplier-imposed penalties, loss of promotional pricing, reinstatement fees, or complete loss of reservation without refund.

Elevated Travel Studio LLC is not responsible for missed payment deadlines, declined credit card transactions, insufficient funds, expired payment methods, payment processing delays, failure to review invoices or payment reminders, email delivery issues, or any resulting cancellation, modification, repricing, or loss of travel services.

Any payment reminders provided by ETS are offered solely as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Responsibility for monitoring reservation balances and satisfying all payment obligations rests exclusively with the traveler.

If payment is submitted outside normal business hours, on weekends, holidays, or near a supplier payment deadline, the traveler is responsible for notifying Elevated Travel Studio LLC directly. ETS shall not be liable for missed deadlines, reservation cancellations, supplier penalties, or fare increases resulting from delayed payment submission or lack of notification.

Communication & Document Delivery
The traveler is responsible for providing and maintaining accurate contact information, including a valid email address and phone number.

Elevated Travel Studio LLC delivers invoices, confirmations, travel documents, payment reminders, itinerary updates, supplier notices, and other important communications electronically. Delivery of such communications to the email address or contact information provided by the traveler shall constitute receipt.

The traveler is solely responsible for monitoring their email account, including spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders, and for reviewing all communications and travel documents in a timely manner.

Elevated Travel Studio LLC shall not be responsible for missed communications, missed payment deadlines, travel disruptions, reservation cancellations, supplier penalties, schedule changes, or other losses resulting from the traveler's failure to review communications, maintain accurate contact information, or respond to requests for information or documentation.

Travel Protection
Elevated Travel Studio LLC strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel protection coverage.
Travel protection may provide coverage for certain cancellation penalties, travel delays, medical emergencies, interruptions, supplier default, weather-related disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

If travel protection is declined, the traveler accepts full financial responsibility for any cancellation penalties, supplier fees, travel interruptions, medical expenses, weather-related disruptions, or other losses occurring before or during travel.
Travel protection premiums are generally non-refundable once purchased.

Travel Documentation
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documentation, including passports, REAL ID-compliant identification, visas, vaccination records, and destination-specific entry requirements.

Many destinations require passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond the date of return. Failure to possess proper documentation may result in denied boarding, denied entry, cancellation penalties, or forfeiture of travel services without refund.

Elevated Travel Studio LLC assumes no responsibility for documentation deficiencies.

Reservation Accuracy
Travelers are responsible for reviewing all confirmations, invoices, traveler names, dates of birth, travel dates, and reservation details immediately upon receipt.

Failure to report errors promptly may result in supplier-imposed fees, penalties, or inability to correct reservations, for which ETS shall bear no responsibility.

Airfare & Schedule Changes
Airfare is often highly restrictive and may carry penalties for cancellations, exchanges, name corrections, or schedule changes.
Airlines reserve the right to modify schedules, aircraft assignments, routes, seat assignments, and departure times at any time. Travelers are responsible for monitoring their airline reservations and confirming flight schedules directly with the carrier prior to departure.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
The traveler acknowledges that travel arrangements involve supplier-imposed policies, cancellation penalties, schedule changes, weather events, operational disruptions, and other circumstances beyond the control of Elevated Travel Studio LLC.
The traveler agrees that the following do not constitute unauthorized charges, fraud, or valid grounds for a chargeback:
• Supplier schedule changes
• Airline delays or cancellations
• Weather events
• Travel restrictions
• Supplier cancellation penalties
• Dissatisfaction with supplier policies or services
• Non-refundable deposits or payments
• Properly authorized travel-related charges

The traveler agrees to contact Elevated Travel Studio LLC directly regarding any billing concerns prior to initiating a dispute with a financial institution.

The traveler further agrees not to initiate improper, fraudulent, or unjustified chargebacks for valid authorized transactions, including but not limited to deposits, final payments, cruise payments, airline tickets, hotel reservations, vacation packages, travel protection premiums, planning fees, supplier penalties, change fees, or other authorized travel-related charges.

Elevated Travel Studio LLC reserves the right to provide signed authorizations, electronic signatures, invoices, payment records, supplier confirmations, IP verification records, communication logs, and reservation documentation to financial institutions in response to any dispute.

Any traveler initiating an improper chargeback may be held responsible for collection costs, administrative expenses, attorney fees, court costs, chargeback fees, and any other damages permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevated Travel Studio LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from services provided by third-party travel suppliers.

Right to Refuse Service
Elevated Travel Studio LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel planning assistance, decline future bookings, or terminate the client relationship at its sole discretion in cases involving abusive conduct, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, threats, harassment, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms
Submission of payment, approval of an invoice, electronic signature, authorization of charges, acceptance of a proposal, or continuation with travel planning services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and creates a legally binding agreement between the traveler and Elevated Travel Studio LLC.
